I know that these images are not as palatable as the rest of my blog. However, I feel that recognition of this tragic part of Cambodia's history warrants a spot on my blog. The Khymer Rouge, led by Pol Pot, reigned 1975-1979...known mostly for it's social engineering which resulted in genocide. Some estimate that 3 million people (1/3 of Cambodia's population) were killed during this time.
