Vang Vieng is a popular tourist destination in Laos,
mostly backpackers come to this dusty little town.
One of the main attractions is the tubing down the
river, it is more of a very slow float along the river
with many bars along the way. I thought it was overrated and only lasted 1.5 hours instead of 4. The area around VV is really beautiful and scenic, there are caves to explore and mountains to climb. Alot of the nature attractions are still really undeveloped and the roads out to them, rough to navigate.

ReplyDeleteyou obviously did not drink enough beer or smoke enough weed on your tube ride. if you had it would have lasted longer. ;-)
